Walk & Talk Sessions
For those who find the traditional face-to-face counselling setup uncomfortable or stifling, I offer Walk & Talk sessions as a more relaxed alternative: a confidential therapy conversation while strolling around the peaceful paths and green spaces of Hartham Common (weather permitting). The gentler, more mobile environment can help reduce anxiety, encourage natural reflection, and make it easier to explore thoughts and feelings without the intensity of sitting directly opposite someone. Sessions are led by me in the same way and follow the same professional, client-centred approach as my indoor appointments. You can choose this option when booking in the booking section.
